Job Description: Finning is committed to delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining top-notch warehouse operations. As a Warehouse Operative you will support both internal and external customers by ensuring the correct parts are stored, picked, packed, and dispatched accurately and on time.

Responsibilities
  • Load and unload inbound and outbound deliveries, correctly identifying and labelling goods to ensure they reach the right destination.
  • Accurately pick, pack, and ship all part orders to meet customer needs.
  • Dispatch and deliver parts through various courier networks.
  • Ensure parts are located in a timely manner and in the correct location.
  • Operate Material Handling Equipment (MHE) efficiently.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
  • Proficient IT skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Effective communication and people skills, with the ability to build positive relationships across all levels of the business.
  • Strong planning and organisational skills, with the ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines.
  • Understanding of Environmental, Health, and Safety (EH&S) principles.
  • Forklift Truck (FLT) Licence.
  • Warehouse experience is desirable.
