Job Description

As the Warehouse Operations Manager you will:

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency and accuracy, whilst building team engagement and performance
• Review the warehouse layout and flow, driving corrective actions
• Manage stock control and inventory, ensuring minimal discrepancies
• Coordinate with the wider team to streamline supply chain processes and ensure the warehouse is set to deliver to customer goals
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the warehouse
• Mentor and develop the team to build succession plans
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures
