The Position

The successful applicant will be maintain­ing the start to finish warehouse function for the spare parts service, along with supporting the growing spare parts and reconditioning service. This will include purchasing of materials, management of inbound and outbound functions, as well as inventory management.

In this role, you will play a key part in optimizing our Spare Parts & Reconditioning and Warehouses & Logistics operations. You will manage supplier negotiations, oversee inventory and order fulfillment, and contribute to the strategic development of our spare parts supply chain. Additionally, you will ensure the safe and efficient management of our warehouse facilities, supporting logistics and compliance with HSQE regulations.

Responsibilities
  • Spare Parts & Reconditioning
    • Develop and optimize the supply chain for spare parts, ensuring timely availability for end customers.
    • Maintain and manage the e-commerce platform, ensuring accurate deliveries, invoices, and stock levels.
    • Ensure seamless integration of e-commerce data into the ERP system, maintaining accurate financial, stock, and revenue records.
    • Identify and develop new sales opportunities to strengthen our competitive market position.
    • Prepare and manage commercial offers to drive business growth.
    • Analyze pricing and proposals to ensure cost-effective procurement.
    • Oversee order management and delivery tracking, ensuring seamless operations between suppliers and customers.
    • Monitor and improve key commercial performance indicators (KPIs).
    • Manage customer concerns, incidents, and warranty claims efficiently.
  • Warehouses & Logistics
    • Maintain a safe and organized warehouse environment, ensuring compliance with HSQE regulations.
    • Keep safety notice boards updated and relevant.
    • Oversee stock management, ensuring accurate tracking of inbound and outbound inventory.
    • Proactively identify and resolve stock-related issues.
    • Support the team with administrative tasks to streamline logistics operations.
    • Coordinate maintenance and inspection of heavy lifting equipment.
    • Safely manage loading and unloading operations for incoming and outgoing shipments.
Knowledge
  • Understanding of spare parts across renewable energy technologies (Wind, Solar, etc.).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel), SAP, Gmao, MyApps, and e-commerce platforms.
  • Fluency in English (required); Spanish (desirable).
Skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Excellent negotiation and analytical skills.
  • Basic accounting knowledge.
  • Logistics expertise.
  • Ability to multitask and perform under pressure.
  • Previous experience with forklifts or heavy plant equipment is an advantage.
Experience

  • Previous warehouse experience, including goods-in and goods-out processes.
  • Understanding of UK and international logistics processes.
Qualifications
  • Professional qualifications in Engineering, Technical, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Additional certifications in sales, procurement, or logistics are highly valued.
