About the Role:

I am recruiting for a reliable and self-motivated Warehouse Operator to join my clients team in wellingborough. The ideal candidate will have forklift experience, be comfortable working at heights, and have a strong understanding of pick, pack, and dispatch processes. This role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to work independently when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate VNA forklifts safely and efficiently.
• Perform pick, pack, and dispatch duties with accuracy.
• Use handheld scanners and computers for inventory tracking.
• Label cartons and re-stack pallets as required.
• Work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Ensure warehouse safety standards are met.

Key Requirements:

• Forklift license and experience. (Can be trained in house where required).
• Comfortable working at heights.
• Experience with pick, pack, and dispatch operations.
• Confident using handheld scanners and computers.
