Job description

Pay Rate: £30,000 per annum

Grade: N

Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time), 40 hours per week

Shift patterns: Weekly rotation AM & PM shift. AM shift : 05:30-14:00, PM shift : 13:30-22:00. Operating Monday-Friday and working one in every four Sundays (rest day given back)

Location: Worcester, WR4 9FA

We're now looking for a Warehouse First Line Manager to lead our operations and drive success. In our retail warehouse you'll have the opportunity to support across four sections (FLT, inbound, outbound and picking).

  • Lead and inspire a high‑performing warehouse team by overseeing daily work, building a culture of clear communication, strong ownership and teamwork, and motivating colleagues to deliver great results.
  • Drive strong operations by improving processes, using new and smart ways to boost output, and tracking key measures to push steady growth across the warehouse.
  • Champion a safe, fair and supportive workplace by keeping high safety standards and making sure every team member can work with confidence and security.
