JOB DESCRIPTION: Join our team to keep the supply chain cool and efficient – your skills are the key to our success.

Your Role

This role is 4 days on, 4 days off. The Cold Chain Operative's responsibility is to ensure all QuickSTAT & Sterling Aviation consignments are processed upon receipt & dispatch from the Quick LHR Facility, following the company’s documented procedures.

Your Responsibilities
  1. Preparation & replenishment of QuickSTAT’s dry ice consignments according to client requirements.
  2. Conduct daily facility sweeps of Quick LHR to ensure consignments are stored correctly and dispatch is scheduled accordingly.
  3. Operate material handling equipment (MHE) for loading and unloading inbound and outbound vehicles.
  4. Collaborate with the Global Inventory Group to determine available stock for transfer to Quick & Logistics Service Partner facilities.
  5. Arrange stock transfers via third-party linehaul solutions.
  6. Manage departmental mailbox shared ownership.
  7. Work with related departments and the line manager to resolve discrepancies and queries.
  8. Perform cleaning duties to maintain high facility hygiene standards.
  9. Maintain a professional manner towards colleagues, visitors, and third parties.
  10. Perform any other duties as assigned by the Department Manager or senior management, including assisting other departments during staff shortages.
