Role Overview

Creative Support is looking for a motivated, enthusiastic and proactive Waking Night Support Worker to join our friendly staff team in Bradford. At this vibrant supported living service in Bradford, West Yorkshire we provide quality, person-centred care and support to service users living in self-contained cottages. The service operates as a 24-hour unit. As Waking Night Support Worker, will be providing support to the individuals who live here with a range of support needs, primarily mental health support needs, including Autism and learning disabilities as a secondary diagnosis.

Activities and Responsibilities

No two days will be the same at this service as our residents love engaging in a range of exciting activities including meals out, cooking/baking, movie nights, arts and crafts and many more. We also have a weekly coffee morning, which our residents love to attend.

The service is in Bradford and has great public transport links and a bus stop right outside, with regular routes to the local bus station. There is also off street parking nearby.
