Role Overview

As a member of our casual waiting staff team, you'll play a key role in delivering unforgettable customer experiences. Your responsibilities will include :

• Providing exceptional table service in a variety of hospitality areas including restaurants, private boxes, and premium suites
• Greeting and interacting with guests in a warm and professional manner
• Taking food and drink orders and ensuring timely, accurate service
• Assisting with food and beverage set-up, service, and clear-down
• Maintaining cleanliness and presentation standards throughout service
• Supporting the wider hospitality team where needed, including bar and kiosk assistance during peak periods
• Adhering to all health & safety and hygiene standards
