Overview

As Waiting Staff with Sodexo at HCR Officer's Mess, Kiwi Bulford, SP4 9NY, you will support military personnel on a Ministry of Defence (MOD) base. Your day-to-day interactions will directly impact the experience of those serving, ensuring they have a positive and efficient dining experience.

Responsibilities
  • Dining Area Setup: Prepare dining areas, functions, and meeting spaces before service to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  • Food Service & Replenishment: Serve meals and replenish food stations as needed, ensuring everything is available and properly maintained throughout service.
  • Customer Interaction: Provide professional and courteous service to military personnel in dining, retail, and other areas.
  • Cleaning & Hygiene: Maintain cleanliness and hygiene by regularly sanitizing workstations, equipment, and dining areas in line with health and safety standards.
  • Event Support: Assist with special events and functions, ensuring all aspects of service run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Teamwork: Work closely with your team to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standard.
  • Professionalism and Respect: Maintain a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and respect for others in all interactions.
Qualifications
  • No Experience Required: Previous hospitality or food service experience is helpful but not required. A willingness to learn and adapt is key.
Hours and Compensation
  • 37.5 hours per week
  • Shift pattern: Monday to Sunday (various shift patterns)
  • £12.21 per hour
