Responsibilities

• Be the face of the restaurant, help control the flow, and communicate with the kitchen and restaurant management to ensure a smooth and controlled dining experience for guests.
• Support shift patterns and contracted hours as required, with flexibility for evenings and weekends.
• Provide career development through brand training and apprenticeships where available, contributing to a high standard of guest experiences.
