About the Role – you will:

About You – you will have:

• Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a high-end hospitality setting
• Experience or knowledge of Japanese cuisine is an advantage but not a necessity as full training will be provided
• Strong knowledge of food, wine, and cocktails (or the desire to learn quickly)
• A genuine passion for guest service and creating unforgettable dining experiences
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• A positive, proactive attitude and attention to detail
