The VP of Sales (UK & Europe) will lead VoCoVos commercial growth across our core markets overseeing New Business Sales Account Management and Channel Sales. Reporting to the Chief Customer Officer they will set the strategic direction for revenue generation and ensure best-in-class commercial performance across the UK and Europe.
With teams in both the UK and Germany this role requires a leader who can unite regional sales strategies build strong cross‑functional alignment with Marketing Product and Customer Success and ensure a consistent approach to attracting retaining and growing customers. This is a high‑impact role suited to a proven customer‑centric sales leader with experience selling technology or communication solutions into the retail sector and developing high‑performing teams in multi‑region environments.
The role will average two days per week across either / both offices in Shipton-under-Wychwood and Cheltenham with occasional travel to Germany and within the UK for team and customer meetings.
Salary range: 125000 - 150000 plus commission.
