Overview

As Riverside Motor Group continues to grow, so do our opportunities! We are now looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead our Volvo Sales team to new levels. Are you a dynamic and results-driven sales professional with a proven track record of exceeding targets? Do you possess exceptional leadership skills and a passion for driving a high-performing sales team to success? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you!

We offer full-time hours with a basic salary from £35k per year (£60,000 OTE) depending on experience.

The Role – What You’ll Be Doing

As the Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing and motivating the sales team, driving growth and profitability, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will work closely with the dealership management team to develop and execute sales strategies while maintaining strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.

You’ll be a natural problem solver who constantly seeks to improve the way we do things by utilising your motor trade experience, and by motivating and engaging with the team.
