We are seeking an experienced and motivated Void Supervisor to join our team, overseeing all void projects within a dedicated contract area. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills and a background in housing or construction, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering quality service.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate all void projects, ensuring work progresses to plans, schedules, and safety standards.
• Lead a team of direct labour operatives and subcontractors, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within KPI targets.
• Support subcontractors, clients, and suppliers while maintaining excellent communication with office teams.
• Provide accurate quotes to clients, ensuring value for money.
• Liaise with Housing Teams, Lettings, energy suppliers, and external parties.
• Ensure 100% compliance across EICR, EPC, LGSR / Gas, and Asbestos requirements.
• Attend weekly client meetings and provide updates on progress.
• Carry out post-inspections to monitor quality and compliance.
• Motivate and support teams to maintain efficiency, quality, and safety on site.
