A luxury fashion house in London is seeking a Visual Merchandising Manager to oversee display installations and in-store visual merchandising. The role requires previous experience in a luxury environment, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will provide training for retail teams and ensure alignment with commercial needs. This full-time position offers opportunities for travel between regional locations.

- Be responsible for window display installations, in-store displays and product merchandising of all product categories in line with company directives and commercial needs
- Liaise regularly with key stake holders: Regional Department Managers, Facilities and CRM
- Participate in weekly walkthroughs, providing strategic decision making for the success of the business - Present commercial knowledge and VM action plans to support the business
- Provide training to all retail teams including VM onboarding for new starters
- Liaise with Managers to align on commercial needs for the network
- Oversee the organisation of special in-store events when required.
- Maintain a consistent knowledge of product and best sellers in order to maximise sales by promoting certain products – money mapping where necessary
- Manage the ordering, handling and organisation of all display materials, sharing data and picture with the VM Operations Manager monthly
- Share photographs after every rotation with VM Manager, Northern Europe in ppt format
- Organise and conduct in-store training sessions on visual merchandising guidelines and visual merchandising standards to store staff including new starters
- Carry out any additional duties as directed by the VM Manager, Northern Europe
- Support VM activities in other locations when necessary, including UK & Ireland store rotations and events.
- Travel required between all regional locations bi-weekly.
