Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organised and motivated individual with strong creative skills to join our Visual Merchandising team. The main function of this position is to provide support to the Visual Merchandising Team from conception through to installation of seasonal promotions, in order to deliver the seasonal Visual Merchandising plan across the UK and Europe. Under the direction of the Visual Merchandising Manager, merchandise stock in accordance with established key looks and delivery groups to communicate the main themes of the collection.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain shop visual merchandising and window displays throughout a promotion, conducting regular shop visits and creating reference material for sales employees to support shops in enabling them to reach their maximum sales potential.
  • Assist the Visual Merchandising Team in the communication of concepts, standards and issues with the Shop Managers to ensure brand integrity.
  • Maintain standards of housekeeping across allocated locations in order to ensure presentation in shops is in keeping with brand standards.
  • Undertake seasonal travel to European locations to carry out visual merchandising duties and drive consistency of presentation in all shops.
  • Create small graphic artwork for in‑store use generated through Adobe suite.
  • Support the Visual Merchandising Team with special projects, events and other operational ad‑hoc duties.
  • Support departmental administration, including the use of SAP to log purchases and invoices, to contribute to the efficient running of the department.
