Overview

Working at the Benriach Distillery near Elgin, you will be responsible for creating an unforgettable customer experience. This will include hosting tours, tastings and providing retail opportunities for customers to take home memories of their visit.

Responsibilities

• You will welcome visitors to the distillery, hosting tours of the production and warehouse areas as well as managing tasting experiences.
• You will be able to confidently interact with the visitors and answer all their questions.
• You will be responsible for preparing and serving drinks in the bar areas.
• You will have previous customer service experience in the hospitality or retail industry.
• You will be able to welcome guests in a confident, friendly manner.
