Open all year round, as a Visitor Centre Assistant you play a pivotal role in the hub of our location. This role will be all about the visitor, delivering outstanding customer experience to all our guests on a daily basis. We are looking for individuals with a real passion for delivering great service with a strong work ethic as delivering exceptional customer service is essential. This role involves reception duties for our visitors, providing guidance and answering queries as well as offering exemplary service throughout their visit. The role of the Garwnant Visitor Centre Assistant is there to provide the operational support to the facility. You will ensure that all health and safety checks have been completed, potential hazards identified and resolved through our contractors. Maintain the brand presentation of the location, complete regular litter picks of area and walk/cycling trails for our visitors from the local community. Act as liaison and provide knowledge for visitors who aren't familiar with the visitor centre and local walks, building rapport with the local community who frequently visit the centre. Making sure the facilities at the Visitor Centre are functioning correctly and are clean/well presented.
