The Role (What you’ll be doing):
The position involves working on an exciting new product launch within oncology. You will be responsible for securing formulary inclusion in targeted hospitals and cancer centres by engaging with hospital formulary teams, understanding formulary processes, and raising awareness among clinical formulary champions to secure product access.
The role includes making calls via telephone and digital platforms to healthcare professionals in this specialist environment.

The Person (You):
Proven experience in hospital sales, ideally in oncology, haematology, or specialty care, with success in gaining formulary inclusion and influencing decision-making processes. Knowledge of NHS structure, access pathways, and funding flows is preferable. Experience in pharmaceutical sales and remote selling is desirable. Traits include tenacity, confidence, and disruptive thinking.
