The Role (What you’ll be doing):
The position involves working on an exciting new product launch within one of the most active and rapidly evolving areas in oncology. You will be responsible for securing formulary inclusion in targeted hospitals and cancer centres. Your duties include engaging with hospital formulary teams, understanding and capturing formulary processes, timelines, and implementation plans, raising awareness, and identifying key clinical formulary champions to secure access for the product.
The role involves making calls over the telephone and using digital platforms to discuss with healthcare professionals in this specialist care environment.

The Person (You):
We are looking for proven experience in hospital sales, ideally within oncology, haematology, or specialty care. Success in gaining formulary inclusion and influencing payer decisions, with a good understanding of NHS structure, access pathways, and funding flows, is preferable. If you have pharmaceutical sales experience and remote selling skills, we want to hear from you. Traits such as tenacity, confidence, and disruptive thinking are highly valued in our remote representatives.
