The Role (What you’ll be doing):

The position involves working on an exciting new product launch within the rapidly evolving oncology field. You will be responsible for securing formulary inclusion in targeted hospitals and cancer centres, engaging with hospital formulary teams, understanding formulary processes, timelines, and implementation plans, raising awareness, identifying key clinical formulary champions, and securing product access.

The role involves making calls over the telephone and using digital platforms to discuss with healthcare professionals in this specialist care environment.

The Person (You):

Proven experience in hospital sales, ideally in oncology, haematology, or specialty care. Success in gaining formulary inclusion and influencing payer or medicines management decisions, with a strong understanding of NHS structure, access pathways, and funding flows, is preferable. Experience in pharmaceutical sales and remote selling is desirable. Traits such as tenacity, confidence, and disruptive thinking are key for our remote representatives.
