The Role (What you’ll be doing):
The position involves working on an exciting new product launch within oncology. You will be responsible for securing formulary inclusion in targeted hospitals and cancer centres, engaging with hospital formulary teams, understanding formulary processes, and raising awareness among clinical formulary champions to secure product access.
The role includes making calls via telephone and digital platforms to healthcare professionals in this specialist environment.

The Person (You):
Proven experience in hospital sales, preferably in oncology, haematology, or specialty care. Success in gaining formulary inclusion and influencing payer decisions, with a good understanding of NHS structures and funding pathways, is preferred. Experience in pharmaceutical sales and remote selling is desirable. Traits include tenacity, confidence, and disruptive thinking.
