The Role (What you’ll be doing):
The position involves working on an exciting new product launch within one of the most active and rapidly evolving areas in oncology. You will be responsible for securing formulary inclusion in targeted hospitals and cancer centres. This includes engaging with hospital formulary teams, understanding formulary processes, timelines, and implementation plans, raising awareness, identifying clinical formulary champions, and securing product access.
The role requires making calls over the telephone and using digital platforms to communicate with healthcare professionals in this specialist environment.

The Person (You):
Proven experience in hospital sales, ideally in oncology, haematology, or specialty care. Success in gaining formulary inclusion and influencing payer or medicines management decisions, with a strong understanding of NHS structures, access pathways, and funding flows, is preferred. Experience in pharmaceutical sales and remote selling is advantageous. Traits such as tenacity, confidence, and disruptive thinking are key.
