The Role (What you’ll be doing):
The position involves working on an exciting new product launch within one of the most active and rapidly evolving areas in oncology. You will be responsible for securing formulary inclusion in targeted hospitals and cancer centres. Your tasks include engaging with hospital formulary teams, understanding and capturing formulary processes, timelines, and implementation plans, raising awareness, identifying key clinical formulary champions, and securing product access.
The role requires making calls over the phone and using digital platforms to discuss with healthcare professionals in this specialist care environment.

The Person (You):
Proven experience in hospital sales, preferably within oncology, haematology, or specialty care, with success in gaining formulary inclusion and influencing decision-makers. Knowledge of NHS structure, access pathways, and funding flows is advantageous. Experience in pharmaceutical sales and remote selling is desirable. Traits like tenacity, confidence, and disruptive thinking are key for our remote representatives. If you meet these criteria, we want to hear from you!
