The Role (What you’ll be doing):

The position involves working on an exciting new product launch within a rapidly evolving area in oncology. You will be responsible for securing formulary inclusion in targeted hospitals and cancer centres, engaging with hospital formulary teams, understanding and capturing formulary processes, timelines, and implementation plans, raising awareness, identifying clinical formulary champions, and securing product access.

The role requires making calls over the telephone and using digital platforms to discuss with healthcare professionals in this specialist environment.

The Person (You):

Proven experience in hospital sales, ideally in oncology, haematology, or specialty care. Success in gaining formulary inclusion and influencing payer or medicines management decisions, with a good understanding of NHS structures, access pathways, and funding flows, is preferable. Experience in pharmaceutical sales and remote selling is desirable. Traits include tenacity, confidence, and disruptive thinking.
