The Role (What you’ll be doing):
The position involves working on an exciting new product launch within a rapidly evolving area in oncology. You will be responsible for securing formulary inclusion in targeted hospitals and cancer centres, engaging with hospital formulary teams, understanding formulary processes, and raising awareness among clinical formulary champions to secure access for the product.
The role includes making calls via telephone and digital platforms to healthcare professionals in this specialist care environment.

The Person (You):
Proven experience in hospital sales, preferably within oncology, haematology, or specialty care. Success in gaining formulary inclusion and influencing payer decisions, with a good understanding of NHS structures, access pathways, and funding flows, is preferable. Experience in pharmaceutical sales and remote selling is desirable. Traits such as tenacity, confidence, and disruptive thinking are key for remote representatives.
