The Role (What you’ll be doing):
The position involves working on an exciting new product launch within the rapidly evolving oncology field. You will be responsible for securing formulary inclusion in targeted hospitals and cancer centres, engaging with hospital formulary teams, understanding formulary processes, and raising awareness among clinical formulary champions to secure product access.
The role requires making calls and using digital platforms to discuss with healthcare professionals in this specialist environment.

The Person (You):
Proven experience in hospital sales, ideally within oncology, haematology, or specialty care, with success in gaining formulary inclusion and influencing healthcare decisions. Knowledge of NHS structure, access pathways, and funding flows is preferable. Experience in pharmaceutical sales and remote selling is desired. Traits include tenacity, confidence, and disruptive thinking.
