The Role (What you’ll be doing):
The position involves working on a new product launch within oncology. Responsibilities include securing formulary inclusion in hospitals and cancer centres, engaging with hospital formulary teams, understanding formulary processes and timelines, raising awareness, and securing access for the product. Communication will primarily be via telephone and digital platforms with healthcare professionals.

The Person (You):
Proven experience in hospital sales, ideally in oncology, haematology, or specialty care. Success in gaining formulary inclusion and influencing healthcare decisions, with knowledge of NHS structure and funding, is preferred. Experience in remote pharmaceutical sales, tenacity, confidence, and disruptive thinking are key traits.
Remote multichannel sales results often outperform field-based roles, offering the chance to excel from home.
