The Role (What you’ll be doing):
The position involves working on an exciting new product launch within the rapidly evolving oncology field. You will be responsible for securing formulary inclusion in targeted hospitals and cancer centres, engaging with hospital formulary teams, understanding and capturing formulary processes, and raising awareness among clinical formulary champions to secure product access.
The role requires making calls via telephone and digital platforms to healthcare professionals in this specialist care environment.

The Person (You):
Proven experience in hospital sales, preferably within oncology, haematology, or specialty care, with success in gaining formulary inclusion and influencing payer decisions. Knowledge of NHS structure, access pathways, and funding flows is advantageous. Experience in pharmaceutical sales and remote selling is desirable. Traits such as tenacity, confidence, and disruptive thinking are valued.
