Therapy Area: Oncology, Haematology, Multiple Myeloma.

Pre & Post Launch Hospital/ICS Activities

Start Date: July 2025

The Role (What you’ll be doing):

The position involves working on an exciting new product launch within a rapidly evolving area in oncology. You will be responsible for securing formulary inclusion in targeted hospitals and cancer centres, engaging with hospital formulary teams, understanding and capturing formulary processes, timelines, and implementation plans, raising awareness, and identifying key clinical formulary champions to secure access for the product.

The role requires making calls over the phone and using digital platforms to discuss with healthcare professionals in this specialist care environment.

The Person (You):

Proven experience in hospital sales, ideally in oncology, haematology, or specialty care, with success in gaining formulary inclusion and influencing decision-makers. A good understanding of NHS structure, access pathways, and funding flows is preferable. Experience in pharmaceutical sales and remote selling is desirable. Key traits include tenacity, confidence, and disruptive thinking.
