ArmstrongB2B is a 60 strong, multidisciplinary agency that offers strategy, design, digital, social media, 3D, animation, photography, video & motion from a single source. We are based in Chester city centre and work globally with world leading industrial manufacturing brands. We develop marketing strategies that deliver exceptional ROI for our customers. Our work includes rebrand and repositioning, commercial strategy, integrated marketing campaigns, product launches, market diversification. We also work clients on product animations, innovative web platforms, corporate videos, photography shoots and exhibition support.

We are seeking a creative and skilled Videographer to join our dynamic and growing agency. The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling through visual media and possess the technical expertise to produce high-quality video content. This role involves collaborating with various departments to create engaging videos that align with our brand’s vision and objectives.

Travelling regularly across UK, Europe and North America to shoot on location as part of our small, high-quality team, our new Videographer will play a key role in helping our industrial and manufacturing clients to communicate with authenticity.

The candidate must have a full driving license and own vehicle in order to travel to shoots. This role involves local, national and international travel on a regular basis.

Aside from shoots, this role will be based 5 days per week at our Chester City Centre offices.

Responsibilities

  • Produce professional grade video content to support corporate initiatives, from marketing campaigns and product launches to internal communications.
  • Edit video content using industry-standard software to produce polished final products.
  • Collaborate with team members to conceptualise and plan video projects, ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategies.
  • Manage all aspects of video production, including pre-production planning, filming, and post-production editing.
  • Maintain and organise video assets and archives for easy retrieval and reference.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in videography and video editing techniques to continuously enhance the quality of our content.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe Premiere and Adobe After Effects.
  • Experience with Davinci Resolve is advantageous.
  • Operate with RED and Blackmagic camera systems.
  • Strong photography skills to complement videography work.
  • Excellent video editing skills with a keen eye for detail and storytelling.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
  • Strong organisational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

£30-35,000 salary (DOE)

25 days annual leave (increasing to 28 days with service) PLUS your birthday off
