A consulting firm specializing in environmental services is seeking an experienced candidate to lead flood risk assessments and manage projects. Responsibilities include client liaison, supervising junior team members, and developing innovative solutions for complex problems in water management. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in the Water Framework Directive and excellent project management skills. This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects across various client sectors in the UK.
Our Advisory Division is made up of highly qualified individuals with extensive experience in Water, Environmental Engineering, Geotechnics, Contaminated Land, Ecology, Heritage, Flood Risk, Air Quality, Transport, and Acoustic disciplines. The Advisory Division works either as part of multi‑disciplinary BWB project teams or independently for a range of key clients. We provide timely and cost‑effective consultancy services to the public and private development sectors on projects of any type or size. The Water Team forms part of the Division and is comprised of qualified engineers and environmental consultants with specific experience in flood risk, drainage, hydraulic modelling and environmental planning. Recent success in large scale residential, energy and infrastructure sectors has identified an opportunity for further growth in Water Framework Directive and geomorphology services. We are seeking an experienced candidate who can grow this capability in the team, as well as assist in our flood risk workflow.
