• Strong knowledge of vetting, screening and onboarding processes.
• Experience leading teams in a regulated or compliance-led environment.
• Confidence working with systems such as SAP and ServiceNow.
• Proven ability to coach, train and develop others.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of all onboarding activities.
• Manage and develop a team of Administrators/Specialists.
• Oversee system configuration and maintenance across vetting platforms.
• Drive process improvement and quality assurance.
