Apply your admin skills to keep vital vetting operations running smoothly.

Join the team as a Vetting Administration Assistant where you’ll play a key role in ensuring an effective service and smooth process is delivered. You’ll coordinate workflows, quality check applications and manage vetting renewals and aftercare while producing insightful monthly reports.

Due to the nature of this role, this is a fixed based position located at Tigers Road, Leicester.

You’ll be
  • Managing the vetting process for all recruitment ensuring all applications are received and processed to meet deadlines.
  • Proactively monitoring vetting renewals and annual security reviews.
  • Checking residency requirements, ID, documentation and vetting applications to ensure quality and accuracy.
You must have
  • Experience using computerised databases and spreadsheets to input data and retrieve/maintain records.
  • Previous work in a busy administrative environment dealing with confidential and sensitive information.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
