A clinical services provider in Staffordshire is seeking a Lead Clinician to manage their in-house Clinical Team at Longdon Hall School. We are looking for a Lead Clinician to manage our in-house Clinical Team at Longdon Hall School.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver bespoke assessment and intervention plans for students with complex profiles of need as a result of autism and other types of neurodivergence, developmental trauma, and social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs.
  • Ensure meeting the needs of EHCP plans, target-led via the OFG "all", "group" and "individual" clinical ways of working, embedded into our clinical practice.
  • Coordinate the line management of the Member of the on-site clinical team and lead on the service development of the clinical school-based service, alongside the Senior Leadership Team and the Regional Clinical Lead.
  • Keep clear and concise report writing relating to clinical and research activities.
  • Provide supervision and support to a therapy team.
  • Work independently and dynamically within a growing and developing clinical service and in multi-professional teams.

  • Full valid UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.

Location & Salary

Location: Longdon Hall School – Staffordshire WS15 4PT
Salary: £37.5 per week, Monday to Friday 8.30pm
Contract: Permanent (Term time only, or flexibility around full-time contract can be discussed based on your personal circumstances)
