A veterinary practice in Rotherham is seeking an ambitious Veterinary Surgeon for a partnership role. This position provides the opportunity for clinical leadership, team management, and ownership without the burden of day-to-day operational tasks. With established financial benefits, including profit sharing and guaranteed exit options, you'll enjoy support in clinical and business functions while making a real impact on animal care. An ideal candidate will have a passion for patient care and a drive to inspire others.
Have you ever pictured yourself running your own veterinary practice—yet found yourself hesitating with all the “what ifs”? What if the paperwork is overwhelming? What if it doesn’t succeed? What if it consumes your life?
This is a chance to take on a clinic with everything in place to thrive. You’ll be supported by a trusted central team who will take care of the day-to-day business functions—HR, marketing, finance, and operations—so you can concentrate on what really matters: leading clinical excellence and strengthening client relationships.
As a Partner, you’ll share in the profits and the long-term value you help to create. There’s no upfront investment needed, and you’ll have the reassurance of a guaranteed option to sell shares at a pre‑agreed value every two years—ensuring a clear, flexible entry and exit route.
We’re looking for a dedicated vet with ambition—someone eager to shape a practice, lead a team, and create a legacy. Based in the South Yorkshire market town of Rotherham—with its welcoming community, green spaces, and affordable lifestyle—the clinic offers an exciting foundation:
This role gives you the scope to set the clinical direction, hone your leadership skills, and deliver outstanding patient care—all while maintaining a balanced lifestyle.
We’re seeking a capable GP vet who is passionate about patient care and client service. You should be ready to inspire others and understand the importance of individualised care for every animal. Previous leadership or commercial experience is an advantage, but ambition and drive are what matter most—you’ll have full support to succeed.
This partnership model offers the independence of ownership without the isolation—combining clinical freedom with the strength of centralised support. You’ll also be part of a nationwide community of Branch Partners, all sharing knowledge and experience to help one another succeed.
