IVC Evidensia’s South Lincs Vets is seeking a friendly Receptionist to manage a busy front desk and create a welcoming experience for clients and their pets. The role covers appointment coordination, enquiries and collaboration with clinical and admin teams to support smooth patient journeys.

You will handle payments, data entry and insurance information while maintaining a warm, professional environment and exceptional service standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing role is essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage several tasks in a busy veterinary reception.

Responsibilities

• Represent the surgery as the first point of contact for clients.
• Deliver high levels of customer service and follow up on queries.
• Greet clients and check in with owners on arrival.
• Take payments and manage cash and card transactions.
• Input appointment details and patient data into the system.
• Assist with insurance claims information where needed.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming reception area.
