inspiring vet care is seeking an organised, personable Receptionist to join South Lincs Vets on a full-time permanent basis. The role is based at a RCVS-accredited hospital between Spalding and Boston in Lincolnshire, offering a welcoming and supportive environment.

You will be the first point of contact for clients, manage appointments and enquiries, handle payments and data entry, and work closely with clinical and admin colleagues to ensure a smooth, caring client and patient journey.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing role with a focus on service and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and a friendly, professional manner.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Represent the surgery as the first point of contact for clients.
• Manage appointments and enquiries; support client communications.
• Handle payments and data entry into our systems.
• Support with insurance claims and everyday reception duties.
• Keep the reception area clean, professional and inviting.
