IVC Evidensia in South Lincs Vets (Lincolnshire) is seeking a Receptionist to join the team on a full‑time fixed‑term basis for 12 months. You will be the first point of contact for clients, delivering a welcoming, professional and compassionate experience at every interaction.

You’ll manage appointments, handle enquiries and support client communications, working closely with clinical and non‑clinical colleagues to ensure a positive client and patient journey.

• Experience in a customer-facing role with strong service focus and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a busy environment.

Responsabilidades

• Represent the surgery as the first point of communication for all clients.
• Provide the highest levels of customer service; listen to clients, act with urgency and follow up on queries.
• Greet clients and check in with owners on arrival regarding their pets’ care.
• Handle payments for procedures and appointments; process insurance information where needed.
• Input appointment details, weights and prescriptions into systems; cash handling and card payments.
• Support end-of-day banking and ensure reception area remains clean and inviting.
