The role focuses on insurance processes, financial administration, and high-quality client service, working closely with the Practice Manager to ensure smooth daily operations and excellent patient care.

You will greet clients, manage bookings, handle payments, and support the team with admin tasks in a busy practice environment.

Qualifications

• Delivery of exceptional client service and care for pets.
• Strong administrative support experience.
• Experience coordinating insurance and financial administration is a plus.
• Proficient with computers and online systems.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent client service and act as a key link between clients and the clinical team.
• Build strong relationships with clients, their pets, and colleagues.
• Handle payments and assist with bookings.
