The ideal candidate will have previous medical receptionist experience and be confident in guiding clients through practice services while maintaining a warm, welcoming environment for pets and their owners.

Qualifications

• Previous medical receptionist experience is essential.
• Experience with insurance coordination or financial administration is advantageous.
• Strong customer service and communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the practice’s insurance processes and support financial operations.
• Work with the Practice Manager to ensure smooth day-to-day administration and compliance.
• Support account management and client invoicing.
• Greet clients and manage payments and bookings.
• Coordinate day-to-day running using the online booking system.
