Pets at Home Limited is seeking a Head Receptionist to lead the reception team, manage admin duties, and ensure exceptional client service while acting as the link between clients and the clinical team.

You will oversee daily reception tasks, staff rotas, holidays, debt management, and weekly banking, while supporting payroll processes and handling client complaints professionally. This part-time role (30 hours/week) requires veterinary practice experience as an advantage.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a reception or administrative team.
• Excellent customer service skills with a client focus.
• Proficient use of computer systems and online booking platforms.
• Experience with payments and basic banking tasks is preferred.
• Ability to coordinate admin duties with clinical staff.

Responsabilités

• Oversee the reception team and ensure daily tasks are completed on time.
• Provide a link between clients and the clinical team.
