Senior Veterinary Nurse – Sandwich

Full‑Time | Salary £32,000 – £38,000 (dependent on experience)

The Role

Your work will focus on driving quality across all aspects of patient and client care while ensuring the smooth day‑to‑day running of the practice.

You’ll play a key part in:

  • Developing and maintaining clinical protocols and nursing standards.
  • Leading by example in delivering exceptional patient care.
  • Coaching and supporting colleagues through professional and personal development.
  • Collaborating closely with the clinical and client care teams to ensure seamless workflows.
  • Championing continuous improvement and innovation across the practice.
