Royal Canin in the United Kingdom is seeking a Veterinary Business Manager to drive territory growth and strengthen clinical recommendations. You will engage with independent clinics, veterinary groups and charities, promoting digital platforms like Vet Express and delivering expert nutritional support.

This field-based role involves 2-3 industry events per year with some weekend work. Competitive salary and company car are provided as part of a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• The role requires proven field sales experience within veterinary, animal health, healthcare or pharmaceutical sectors.
• Strong relationship-building and influencing skills are essential.
• Comfortable delivering presentations, training sessions and commercial discussions.
• Experience onboarding users to software or digital platforms is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Deliver sales, growth and profitability targets across a defined veterinary territory.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with veterinary practices, groups and key stakeholders.
• Drive adoption, onboarding and engagement of Royal Canin's digital platforms, including Vet Express.
• Provide nutritional product education, training and support to veterinary teams.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop account plans for growth.
• Gather customer insights and collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience.
