Job summary

Royal Canin is seeking a Veterinary Business Manager to drive territory sales growth within Reading-Guildford-Woking-Basingstoke-Bracknell-Farnborough. You will strengthen clinical recommendations and promote our digital ecosystem across independent clinics, groups and charities.

This field-based role focuses on building trusted veterinary relationships, providing expert nutritional support, and identifying commercial opportunities. Some weekend industry events are required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in field sales, account management or business development.
• Strong relationship-building and influencing skills.
• Confidence delivering presentations, training sessions and commercial discussions.
• Comfortable working with digital tools, platforms and technology.
• Experience onboarding or training users on software or digital systems advantageous.
• Strong organisational, planning and territory management skills.
• Veterinary, animal health, healthcare or pharmaceutical industry experience preferred.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Deliver sales, growth and profitability targets across a defined veterinary territory.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with veterinary practices, groups and key stakeholders.
• Drive adoption, onboarding and engagement of Royal Canin's digital platforms, including Vet Express.
• Provide nutritional product education, training and support to veterinary teams.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop account plans to maximize growth within existing and prospective customers.
• Gather customer insights and collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience and business performance.
