Job summary

Royal Canin, part of Mars, is seeking a Veterinary Business Manager to grow sales across a Bristol-Weston-super-Mare to Exeter territory. You’ll strengthen clinical recommendations and drive adoption of digital tools like Vet Express with independent clinics and veterinary groups.

You’ll build trusted relationships, provide expert nutritional support, and identify opportunities to integrate digital platforms into daily workflows, with occasional weekend events.

Qualifications

• Proven field sales or account management experience within veterinary or healthcare sectors.
• Strong relationship-building and influencing skills.
• Comfort with digital platforms and delivering training.

Responsibilities

• Deliver sales, growth and profitability targets across a defined veterinary territory.
• Build and maintain relationships with veterinary practices, groups and key stakeholders.
• Drive adoption, onboarding and engagement of Royal Canin's digital platforms, including Vet Express.
• Provide nutritional product education, training and support to veterinary teams.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop account plans to maximise growth within existing and prospective customers.
• Gather customer insights and collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience and business performance.
