Job summary

Royal Canin in the United Kingdom is seeking a Veterinary Business Manager to drive territory growth and strengthen clinical recommendations. You will engage independent clinics, veterinary groups and charities, promoting science-led nutrition and Royal Canin’s digital tools such as Vet Express.

The role focuses on delivering sales growth, building trusted relationships with veterinary professionals and helping clinics integrate digital workflows into daily practice.

Qualifications

• Based in the defined territory: Brentwood-Billericay-Chelmsford-Basildon-Romford-Dartford.
• Proven field sales, account management or business development experience.
• Strong relationship-building and influencing skills.
• Confident delivering presentations, training and commercial discussions.
• Comfortable using digital tools and platforms.

Responsibilities

• Deliver sales, growth and profitability targets across the veterinary territory.
• Build and maintain relationships with veterinary practices, groups and stakeholders.
• Drive adoption and onboarding of Royal Canin's digital platforms, including Vet Express.
• Provide nutritional product education, training and support to veterinary teams.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop account plans to grow existing and prospective customers.
• Gather customer insights and collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience.
