inspiring vet care is recruiting a friendly Receptionist to join our team at Rhyd Broughton on a full-time fixed-term basis for 6 months. You’ll be the first point of contact for clients, ensuring a welcoming, professional and compassionate experience.

You’ll manage appointments, handle enquiries and support client communications while collaborating with clinical and non-clinical colleagues; the role also includes one day per week at our Blackburn branch.

Qualifications

• Friendly, organized individual with strong customer service focus.
• Experience in a busy reception or front desk is preferred.
• Able to multitask and work with colleagues across teams.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for clients and visitors.
• Manage appointments and enquiries.
• Support client communications and coordinate with team.
• Split shift across two sites (Rhyd Broughton and Blackburn).
