inspiring vet care is recruiting a friendly Receptionist to join our team at Rhyd Broughton on a full-time fixed-term basis for 6 months. You’ll be the first point of contact for clients, ensuring a welcoming, professional and compassionate experience.

You’ll manage appointments, handle enquiries and support client communications while collaborating with clinical and non-clinical colleagues; the role also includes one day per week at our Blackburn branch.

Qualifications

• Friendly, organized individual with strong customer service focus.
• Experience in a busy reception or front desk is preferred.
• Able to multitask and work with colleagues across teams.

We are seeking an organised, personable Receptionist to join our team at Rhyd Broughton on a full-time fixed-term basis for 6 months.

Our team comprises 13 Veterinary Surgeons across 2 sites, supported by a dedicated team of RVNs, SVNs, ACAs and Client Care Advisors.

How You’ll Make a Difference

As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients, playing a key role in delivering a welcoming, professional and compassionate experience at every interaction.

You’ll support the smooth running of the practice by managing appointments, handling enquiries, supporting client communications and working closely with clinical and non-clinical colleagues to ensure a positive client and patient journey. The role also includes one day per week at our Blackburn branch.

Working Pattern

• Over a 40 hour working week your shift will be between our opening hours - Monday to Friday 7.30 a.m. to 7.30 p.m.. One in three Saturdays at 8.30 a.m. to 1.p.m, and Sundays and Bank holidays on a rota are 9-11 a.m.
