inspiring vet care is seeking a Receptionist at Lynton House Vets for a part-time permanent role. You will be the first point of contact, delivering a welcoming, professional and compassionate experience to clients and patients.

You’ll manage appointments, handle enquiries, take payments and support admin across the practice. You are friendly, organised and customer-focused, with experience in a customer-facing role and the ability to multitask in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage appointment bookings and handle enquiries while taking payments.
• Dispense medication and assist with general administrative tasks.
• Handle account queries, chase outstanding debt, and manage end-of-day banking.
• Support the team as required by the Head Receptionist, Practice Manager or Clinical Director.
